What if my order arrives damaged?

Above all, we are sorry. The products are sent to you from our factory located in France after a strict quality control. The case remains exceptional but possible. Contact us within 3 days after delivery of your product by providing us with photos of damaged locations. It is essential that you inspect the product carefully when it is delivered and that you issue a reservation on the delivery note if the situation so requires.

When will my order be shipped?

Your order starts on delivery after the full payment of this and the put into production. Some products are already in stock and sent after payment. In any case, you can follow the evolution of your order in your space (my account).


What payment methods do you accept?

We mainly accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), but also by RIB and Paypal if you have an account.

Is online payment secure?

Yes, credit card payments are made on the secure server of our bank CM-CIC through the module MoneticoPayment. No bank transactions or credit card information are stored on our website.

Warranty / Services

Is my product under warranty?

Yes, my product has a 1 year parts and labor warranty. The warranty covers all manufacturing defects and electrical wiring. However, the return product is at your charge (packing and postage).
